Intervention 1: Intervention group: They receive Arnebia euchroma ointment and use it topically for 8 weeks. This ointment is used locally for 30 minutes in the abdomen. Intervention 2: Control group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female Age 20-60 years BMI equal to 30 and above (Obese degree 1 and 2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adherence to special diets such as vegetarianism Consuming supplements affecting weight or herbal medicines or suffering from chronic diseases Pregnancy and breastfeeding
