Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Dialysis adequacy index in hemodialysis patients. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 1 and 3 months after the training of the renal rehabilitation program. Method of measurement: Through the Urea reduction ratio formula.;Cognitive impairment. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 1 and 3 months after the training of the renal rehabilitation program. Method of measurement: Montreal Cognitive Assessment Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Amount of fluid overload between dialysis sessions. Timepoint: At the beginning and during 1 and 3 months after learning the renal rehabilitation program. Method of measurement: The weight of each session will be checked through the same calibrated scale. And the measure of fluid load is the average weight change during a dialysis session. Due to possible seasonal and mood changes in patients, the average overload will be examined and compared in one month.
