Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patient with transfemoral percutaneous coronary intervention Adult patients above 18 Patients not having experienced back pain prior hospitalization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pre-existing back pain patients who impaired level of consciousness patients who using analgesics

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is reduced back pain, improve comfort, and stabilize hemodynamic parameters after PCI based on cold compress and change position. Timepoint: before intervention and 20 minutes after intervention. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale to assess back pain, discomfort scale to assess the level of comfort, sphygmomanometer to measure the blood pressure, and pulse oximeter to measure the pulse rate.
