Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring finger surgery Age 18 years and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vein, nerve and tendon lacerations on the hand that require repair Hemodynamically unstable patients Those who have used analgesics and opium in the last 12 hours

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in patient-reported pain based on a Numerical Rating Scale. Timepoint: Before injection and also after 3 and 10 minutes of injection. Method of measurement: The patient is asked to rate their pain on Numerical Rating Scale from 0 to 10 (where 0 is no pain and 10 is the most severe pain possible).
