Condition 1: Stress. Condition 2: Anxiety. Reaction to severe stress, and adjustment disorders Anxiety disorder due to known physiological condition

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: The researcher will apply 5 drops of 40% spring Citrus aurantium using a dropper onto the palms of pre-hospital emergency personnel and ask them to hold their hands

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have one year of experience in pre -hospital emergency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of asthma, allergies and chronic diseases Stressful events such as divorce and the death of loved ones for any reason in the past three months Olfactory disorder based on staff self-declaration Use of benzodiazepines, sedatives and narcotics
