Intervention 1: In the intervention group, after anesthesia, oral and maxillofacial surgery routine is performed first, then the initial throat pack is replaced with a throat pack impregnated with 0.2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18-60 Class I and II in terms of health status according to the criteria of the American Society of Anesthesiology Indications for oral and maxillofacial surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with history of difficult intubation bleeding disorders Malignancies Excessive obesity (BMI > 35) Mobility disorders

MeasureTime frame
Burning and sore throat of patients is determined using visual analogue scale and Likert scale. Timepoint: Measurement of throat pain and burning two, four, six and twelve hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale and Likert scale in the majority of the questionnaire.
