Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being in the age range of 30 to 60 years Body mass index 18.5 to 29.9 Having full consciousness No history of hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital Not using complementary medicine A candidate for lumbar disc herniation surgery for the first time Operation of only one lumbar disc
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Spinal stenosis Vertebral stomatitis Inability to exercise Prohibition by the doctor
