Inclusion criteria: Age 5 to 15 years One or more oral aphthous lesions in the last 72 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to medicine or honey Presence of systemic disease Use of topical or systemic anti-inflammatory medication within the past 72 hours Being under chemotherapy
