Inclusion criteria: Veterans with files in the Martyr Foundation and Veteran Affairs Department of Arak city Veterans with a history of frequent visits to the clinic-hospital Having arterial hypertension (pressure 9.14 and higher) registered according to the medical record Not receiving simultaneous psychological intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Veterans who did not have a history of frequent visits to the clinic-hospital Veterans without hypertension
