Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 15-20 years First pregnancy Gestational age 32 to 34 weeks Absence of abnormalities in the fetus Iranian nationality Resident of Isfahan city Low-risk singleton pregnancy Absence of depression, chronic disease, and drug use in the mother.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participating in the study, Stillbirth, Premature delivery (under 37 weeks of pregnancy), Presence of abnormalities in the baby, Long-term hospitalization of the baby in the NICU Occurrence of serious complications after delivery and long-term hospitalization of mothers such as severe pre-eclampsia, severe infection
