Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants with a corrected age of 32 weeks or older Infants demonstrating full enteral feeding tolerance, with total parenteral nutrition discontinued Parental consent for participation in the research study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infants requiring invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation Infants with congenital anomalies Infants who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery Infants with grade 3 or higher intraventricular hemorrhage Infants with swallowing disorders

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Blood Glucose. Timepoint: The first, second, and third days after the birth (four times a day). Method of measurement: The infants' blood glucose will be measured using a glucometer using a heel prick method and by the nurse in charge.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Weight. Timepoint: The first, second, third and seventh days after the birth. Method of measurement: Infant weight will be measured by a scale in the morning before feeding, without diapers or extra clothes, by a care nurse (outside the research team).
