Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Amplitude of electromyography of Vastus medialis, Vastus lateralis and biceps femoris muscles. Timepoint: The Electromyography amplitude of the Vastus medialis ,Vastus lateralis , and biceps femoris muscles will be measured before the start of the interventions when performing the maximum voluntary isometric contraction and also when performing the Wingate test. Method of measurement: An electromyography device is used to measure the amplitude of electromyography of Vastus medialis,Vastus lateralis and biceps femoris muscles.;Peak power. Timepoint: Immediately after applying the main interventions. Method of measurement: Wingate device.;Average power. Timepoint: Immediately after applying the main interventions. Method of measurement: Wingate device.;Fatigue index. Timepoint: Immediately after applying the main interventions. Method of measurement: Wingate device.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure. Timepoint: Before and after the main interventions. Method of measurement: Digital blood pressure monitor.;Heartbeat. Timepoint: Before and after the main interventions. Method of measurement: Digital blood pressure monitor.
