Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient needs complete CBCT of both jaws The average age is 18 to 60 years Informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: X-ray exposure during the past 28 days Suffering from systemic diseases affecting the buccal mucosa Smoking Using mouthwash containing alcohol Use of immunosuppressive, anti-inflammatory, corticosteroid, antiviral drugs

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Nuclear changes. Timepoint: The beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention), 10 days before imaging, the day of imaging, 10 days after imaging. Method of measurement: Papanicolaou staining and light microscopy.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Repair Index. Timepoint: 10 days before imaging, the day of imaging, 10 days after imaging. Method of measurement: Using formula: Repair index= (Karyorrhexis+Karyolysis)/(Broken egg+micronucleous).
