Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with chronic endometritis with embryo transfer failure Confirmation of impossibility of fertility using histology and hysteroscopy At least 3 failed embryo transfers without genetic, metabolic or endocrine reasons

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient's request not to continue participating in the study Presence of other immune diseases and malignancies

MeasureTime frame
The thickness of the uterine endometrium. Timepoint: Follicular phase of menstrual cycle after platelet rich plasma infusion. Method of measurement: Hysteroscopy and sampling and sample analysis by a pathologist.;Changes in uterine tissue. Timepoint: Follicular phase of menstrual cycle after platelet rich plasma infusion. Method of measurement: Hysteroscopy and sampling and sample analysis by a pathologist.;Successful pregnancy. Timepoint: Week 5. Method of measurement: Based on blood beta hCG titer.
