Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of hamstring injury within the past 6 months Current low back pain Absence of concurrent lower extremity injuries Regular sports participation (minimum of 3 training sessions per week) Aged between 18 and 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Occurrence of any new injuries during the study period Incomplete attendance in training sessions (missing >20% of sessions) Use of medications affecting neuromuscular function (e.g., muscle relaxants, antispasmodics) Diagnosed neurological disorders (e.g., cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Walking – Running – Planned Directional Change Running – Reactive Directional Change Running – Counter movement Jump (CMJ) – Squat Jump (SJ) – Y-Balance Test. Timepoint: Primary outcomes will be assessed at the following two time points: Baseline: Before the initiation of the 8-week training intervention (pre-test). Post-intervention: Immediately following the completion of the 8-week training program (post-test). Method of measurement: Bertec forceplate, Biometric Electromyography (EMG) System, RSScan Footscan® System, Visual Analogue Scale.
