Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The elderly with iliopsoas muscle shortening Limitation in the extension range of motion greater than 10 degrees in the Thomas test relative to the horizontal line Low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people who are under medical treatment and physician supervision Any history of lower limb or back surgery, recent (within the past month) lower limb injury, or disease Neurological disorders (e.g., cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease) Chronic musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis) Elderly suffer from chronic and high-risk conditions

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Up/down the stair - sit and up- walking- Y test. Timepoint: Pre-test will be done and after 8 weeks of post-test practice. Method of measurement: Bertec force plate – Biometric electromyography- RSScan foot scan.
