Inclusion criteria: Non-Professional Bodybuilding Male Athlete from Izeh City Filling out the Consent Form Commitment to Participation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Corona Disease Not Filling out Questionnaires Absent for more than 2 Sessions
