Inclusion criteria: 65 to 75 years Chronic back pain

Exclusion criteria: Movement problems Unwillingness to continue cooperation

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: The time period of outcome measurement will be implemented before the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: A visual analog scale will be used to assess pain.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Balance. Timepoint: The time period of outcome measurement will be implemented before the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: To evaluate the balance, the stand-up and go balance test will be used.;Muscle strength. Timepoint: The time period of outcome measurement will be implemented before the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: The chair test will be used to assess muscle strength.;Range of motion. Timepoint: The time period of outcome measurement will be implemented before the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: A goniometer will be used to evaluate the range of motion.
