Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with ASA grade II or III (American Society of Anesthesiology classification) Adult patients between 40 and 70 years old Adult patients who are candidates for CABG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Positive history of asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, sepsis, kidney, liver, recent heart or brain stroke and autoimmune disease. Decrease the level of consciousness before the operation. Heavy smokers. CPB time should be more than 120 minutes. Positive history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy.

Vasoactive-Inotropic Score (VIS). Timepoint: The first 24 hours after the operation. Method of measurement: Amount of inotropic drugs (epinephrine, nor epinephrine, dopamine).;The duration of mechanical ventilation. Timepoint: From the moment the patient enters the ICU until the discharge from this department. Method of measurement: The number of days the patient is under mechanical ventilation is based on patient Record information.;Length of ICU stay. Timepoint: From the time of the patient's arrival to the date of discharge from the ICU. Method of measurement: According to the number of days of hospitalization of the patient in the ICU department.;Urinary output after surgery. Timepoint: The first 24 hours after the operation. Method of measurement: Based on patient Record information.;The need to use a pacemaker. Timepoint: Length of ICU stay. Method of measurement: Based on patient Record information.
