Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women referring to the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital with diagnosis of malignancy Age range of 18 to 70 years Anesthesia ASA index less than 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of addiction Use of Analgesic (narcotic -NSAID -paracetamol) in the last 48 hours Neuropathy Neuromuscular patients Liver and kidney failure Seizure history Coagulation disorder

MeasureTime frame
The patient's pain level. Timepoint: before the intervention and 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: VAS scale (Based on this scale, a score between 1-10 is defined for the patient's pain).;Need to Painkillers.
