Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group:In the first week, they will receive one pill containing Mirtazapine 15 mg and then two pills of 15 mg, which will continue until the 12th week, and in the 12th week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having informed consent Methamphetamine use disorder based on DSM-5 criteria Normal pre-intervention laboratory results including blood cell count, liver and kidney function indicators, fasting blood sugar and normal lipid profile. Age 18 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute or chronic physical disorder (acute infection, history of cardiovascular, liver or kidney diseases) during the last three months primary psychiatric disorder (substance induced psychotic and mood disorders are excluded) History of taking antidepressants during the last four weeks

MeasureTime frame
The craving to use methamphetamine. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and then in weeks 4, 8 and 12. Method of measurement: Questionnaire measuring the craving to use substance after quitting.;Use methamphetamine. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and then in weeks 4, 8 and 12. Method of measurement: Patient self-report.
