Intervention 1: Control group:The patients in this group attend the physical therapy clinic and follow the movements that the physiotherapist shows them in the presence of the therapist as prescribed.

Inclusion criteria: Movement limitation in the upper extremity men btween 40 to 60 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No systemic neuromuscular disease
