Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 18-65 years Be intubated and connected to the ventilator More than one row has passed since the date of admission to the ICU. Apachi2 20_30(According to APACHE standard table II, if the patient's score is between 0-15, 16-19, 30-20, and <30, respectively, the probability of death for her is 10, 15, 35, and 75 percent, respectively) Consent of the patient's legal guardian to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient enters a vegetative life The patient be sent to another hospital

Sensory stimulation. Timepoint: At first and After 30 days. Method of measurement: In evahuation of sensory adjustment we measure by Glasco Coma Scale.
