Inclusion criteria: Having the necessary vigilance Having verbal ability and answer the desired questions Age range of 60 to 70 years Having mental health and physical health Participate in a regular exercise program Signed informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria: The existence of mental problems Mental disability Injury and history of joint replacement in the lower limb History of balance disorder and frequent dizziness
