Intervention 1: The intervention group will take the capsules once a day with water on an empty stomach for twelve weeks. These capsules contain 109 CFU per capsule and contain Lactobacillus rhamnosus

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 45 to 65 years Body mass index between 18.6 and 30 kg/m2 Having a contact number to follow up Sign the informed consent form to participate in the research Not having allergies to Probiotic Products

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: showing Allergic Symptoms to Probiotic products Incidence of Chronic Intestinal Inflammation and other diseases of the Digestive System Abuse of Nicotine, Alcohol or Drugs Hormone Replacement Therapy Any chronic disease in Medical history (history of serious diseases of Liver, Kidney, Heart, Thyroid and Internal Organs or Diabetes) History of Ophorectomy or Hysterectomy Taking medications to improve menopausal symptoms Employment in jobs that require nighttime activity using Herbal Medicines that effects Vasomotor Symptoms (Licorice, Anise, Chaste Tree,Valerian, Cimicifuga racemosa, Evening Primrose etc.) Consumption of any type of Probiotic Product

Severity of Hot Flashes. Timepoint: Measurement of Hot Flush Severity at the beginning of the Intervention and 1, 2, and 3 months after starting Probiotic Supplementation. Method of measurement: using the Visual Analogue Scale.;Hot Flashes Duration and Frequency. Timepoint: Measurement of Hot Flash duration at the beginning of the intervention and 1, 2, and 3 months after starting probiotic supplementation. Method of measurement: cronometer.
