Inclusion criteria: Having Consent to Enter the Study All Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Depression Who Need Single-Drug Treatment with the Opinion of a Psychiatrist and Based on DSM5 Diagnostic Criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of Consent to Enter the Study Patients Whose Tests are Not Complete Before Taking the Drugs The Presence of Other Underlying Diseases Besides Diabetes Pregnant Women and Breastfeeding Mothers Patients with very Severe Depression and Severe Diabetes so that they Need to Take More Drugs Presence of Uncontrolled Cardiovascular or Eye Diseases
