Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Employment in military service in one of the barracks and centers of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army in the city of Shiraz 2- Not receiving psychological treatments at the same time as conducting the research and one month before 3- Having a bachelor's degree or higher 4- having self-harm diagnostic criteria based on Klonsky's self-harm questionnaire 5- At least 3 months or more of their military service is left 6- Use of drugs, alcohol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of acute psychosocial problems, such as family or service-related issues, as well as any obstruction by commanders preventing participation in the study

MeasureTime frame
Impulsive And Self-harm Behaviors. Timepoint: Before starting the study, the first part of the self-injury questionnaire is completed to determine the sample size. After identifying the samples before the intervention and immediately after the intervention and one month after the intervention for follow-up. Method of measurement: Klonsky's self-injury questionnaire and Barrett's impulsivity questionnaire.
