Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 15-20 years old A stress score of more than 18 or an anxiety score of more than 9 in the psychological interview based on Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale-42

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of neurological diseases Presence of personality disorders Presence of adjustment disorder Receiving psychological or pharmacological treatment for stress or anxiety currently Lack of compliance (defined as not participating in more than two follow-up sessions)

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Neutrophile-to-lymphocyte ratio in white blood cell count. Timepoint: Before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Complete blood count test.

C-Reactive Protein level. Timepoint: Before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Lab test from blood.;Cortisol level.
