Inclusion criteria: Age groups from 18 to 40 years At least elementary education level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being at the end of life having medical symptoms including medicine, lymphadenopathy, pharyngeal, skin itching, headache, or oral and genital ulcers having medical symptoms including medicine, lymphadenopathy, pharyngeal, skin itching, headache, or oral and genital ulcers

The score of adaptive strategies in Lazarus and Folkman's adaptive strategies questionnaire. Timepoint: Responding to Lazarus and Folkman strategies questionnaire at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 5 and 6 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Lazarus and Fulken matching strategies questionnaire.;Psychological well-being score with RIF psychological well-being questionnaire. Timepoint: Responding to the RIF psychological well-being questionnaire at the beginning of the study (before the start of the interventions) and 5 and 6 weeks after the start of the interventions. Method of measurement: RIF psychological well-being questionnaire.;Life satisfaction questionnaire score with Diener's life satisfaction questionnaire.
