Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Term pregnant women undergoing elective caesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Substance abuse severe preeclampsia patients undergoing cesarean surgery after 11 AM multiple pregnancies

MeasureTime frame
Serum Cortisol level. Timepoint: 15 minutes before spinal anesthesia and 3 hours after spinal anesthesia. Method of measurement: Laboratory measurement of blood cortisol levels in micrograms per deciliter was performed using the ELISA method with the Monobind kit.;C-reactive protein. Timepoint: 15 minutes before spinal anesthesia and 3 hours after spinal anesthesia. Method of measurement: Laboratory measurement of C-reactive protein levels in blood in milligrams per liter was performed using the laboratory test with the Pishtaz Teb latex agglutination kit.;Blood sugar. Timepoint: 15 minutes before spinal anesthesia and 3 hours after spinal anesthesia. Method of measurement: Measuring blood sugar using a glucometer.
