Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A repairable contracture diagnosed by a specialist surgeon Referral patients in any age group who are willing to cooperate and participate in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of scars in organs where Z-plasty is not possible due to excessive skin stretching Incompatibility of the surrounding tissue in terms of color and structure Patients with underlying skin problems (chronic wound, pemphigus)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The lenght of contracture. Timepoint: They will be examined at the begining of the study and weeks 2,4,8 and 12 after sergery. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The degree of joint performance of the range of motion and return of the contracture. Timepoint: weeks 2,4,8 and 12 after sergery. Method of measurement: Questionnaria.
