Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age > 50 y able to speak Able to provide informed consent Absence of delirium at the time of consent, as defined by the Delirium Rating Scale (ICU-CAM score > 2) Not having a previous history of neuropsychiatric disorders (dementia, Parkinson's, schizophrenia, etc.) No alcohol or drugs Absence of severe renal impairment =30GFR Absence of severe liver impairment The patient should not repent 2= APACHI
