Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 40-25 years who referred to Rasool Akram Hospital, with unilateral or bilateral endometrioma cysts, which were diagnosed by ultrasound. The target population is patients with unilateral or bilateral endometrioma cysts measuring 6-10 cm in ultrasound and AMH base 0.7-2.5, referred to Hazrat Rasool Akram Hospital, who are candidates for laparoscopic cystectomy surgery. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suspicious signs of malignancy in ultrasound Taking hormonal drugs containing Estrogen or Progesterone for one month before Past history of surgery on the ovary History of allergy to tranexamic acid
