Measurement of the thoracic kyphosis angle. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: The Spinal Mouse is a computer device that determines the shape and range of motion of the spine. The Spinal Mouse measures the alignment of the spine and its angles in detail and overall in two planes: sagittal and frontal. It can be used to examine the function and mobility of the spine and the weakness of the back muscles. In this method, the subject is asked to remove their upper body covering and stand naturally in the designated place. Then, the evaluator marks the spinous processes of the seventh cervical and second sacral vertebrae as the initial and final landmarks with a marker. By placing the Spinal Mouse roller on the initial landmark and moving towards the final landmark along the spinous processes of the vertebrae, the angles of the thoracic kyphosis and lumbar lordosis curves will be measured. The Spinal Mouse information is transmitted to the computer via radio waves, and the angle of the spinal curves is determined.;Y balance test. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: This test was conducted in three directions: anterior, posterior-internal, and posterior-external, so that the subject stood on one leg at the center of Y and attempted to reach with the other leg while maintaining balance on the supporting leg. The subject would touch the farthest possible point in each of the specified directions without error using the toes. The distance from the point of contact to the center was the reach distance, which would be measured in centimeters. To minimize learning effects, each subject would practice this test in each of the three directions six times with a 15-second rest between attempts. After a 5-minute rest, the subject would perform the main test in the principal directions.
