Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of high blood pressure should be mentioned in the patient's medical record and the reason for the patient's hospitalization Willingness to participate in research. The patient does not have a mental illness or mental disability (in the medical and drug history that the triage nurse asks the patient and records in the triage sheet, the patient does not have a history of mental illness or the use of psychoactive drugs or the presence of disabilities) - The patient has the ability to read and write (be able to complete the questionnaire and receive education related to blood pressure).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete completion of the questionnaire Unwillingness to participate in clinical research The patient has a history of hypertension (this information is recorded in the triage form based on the patient's self-declaration). Failure to attend training sessions before two sessions Patients should not have a history of attending special trainings related to methods of dealing with high blood pressure.
