Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient has an indication for the extraction of mandibular molar teeth. Age between 18 and 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with periapical lesions Individuals with very poor oral hygiene Smokers Alcoholics Patients with diabetes Patients with hypertension (>Stage 2) Other systemic diseases Patients under 18 years or over 50 years of age

Pain level after tooth extraction. Timepoint: Follow-up will be conducted 24 hours and 48 hours after the procedure through a phone call to record the patient's pain level. The pain will be assessed using graduated paper provided to the patient, based on the VAS (Visual Analog Scale) technique. Method of measurement: The patient's pain will be assessed using the graduated paper provided, based on the VAS (Visual Analog Scale) technique.
