Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of COPD by a doctor and recorded in the file. The patient must be in stages two and three of the disease according to the GOLD classification The patient must be an adult (age between 18 and 60) The patient does not have a serious and debilitating underlying disease The patient should live with the family and the family should cooperate in caring for the patient The patient should have a smartphone and be able to work with mobile applications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: presence of a respiratory system disease other than COPD having participated in another Pulmonary Rehabilitation study in the past thirty days that currently may affect the results of this study Presence of mental or cognitive disorders
