Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness and informed consent to participate in research Applicants for first time infertility treatment by in vitro fertilization method At least 1 year history of infertility Primary infertility (no history of pregnancy) Ability to read and write People over 20 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary infertility (prior pregnancy history). Current participation in another psychological intervention. Use of psychiatric medications. Significant medical conditions that contraindicate participation in the study.

Psychological Distress Profile. Timepoint: Pre-test: Before the intervention begins.Post-test: Immediately after completing the intervention (3 months later). Method of measurement: The Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21 (DASS-21) (by Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995b).

Female Sexual Function. Timepoint: Pre-test: Before the intervention begins.Post-test: Immediately after completing the intervention (3 months later). Method of measurement: Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) (by Rosen et al., 2000).;Mental Rumination. Method of measurement: the self-report Ruminative Response Scale (RRS) (Nolen-Hoeksema and Morrow, 1991).
