Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First and Second Birth Being aged 18-45 Gestational age 37-42 Weeks Cephalic Presentation Being an only Child Vaginal delivery with mid-lateral Incision Spontaneous and Complete xpulsion Of The Placenta

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a History Of Surgery or Visible lesions in the Perineum Removal Of The pair by Hand Presence of a Hematoma In The Episiotomy area Body mass index greater than or equal to 35 Rupture of Membranes more than 18 hours Chronic diseases Allergy to a specific drug Drug and psychotropic addiction
