Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Has a history of ankle sprains in the past 6 months to 1 year Experiencing repeated episodes of ankle sprains or feelings of instability (at least 2 times) within the past year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No history of neurological or psychological disorders according to patient self-report. Absence of acute ankle injuries and orthopedic injury conditions No history of surgery or fracture in the ankle or lower limb, according to the patient's self-report. No history of cardiovascular disease according to patient self-report
