Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients should have a definitive diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris by a dermatologist and histopathological examination age between 20 and 60 Patients must have the required literacy level to complete the questionnaire (at least middle school). Obtaining a score higher than 8 in the stress scale or a score higher than 15 in the anxiety scale in the DASS 21 questionnaire Complete the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from major psychiatric diseases (schizophrenia and bipolar disorder) Suffering from other chronic and physically debilitating diseases
