Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult aged 18> 60 years Scheduled for hemodialysis session three times per week for at least 6 months. 3. Hb level = 8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having femoral access to hemodialysis 2.Patients who are irregular for hemodialysis 3. Critically ill patients 4.Musculoskeletal disorders, amputation at legs) 5. patients with cognitive deficits that made it difficult to perform study evaluations. 6. Patients have diabetes = 10 years with level of DPN <67. Refuse to participate or continue to participate

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease in recurrent and incident of cramps, fatigue and increase patients comfort during dialysis sessions. Timepoint: After 4 weaks. Method of measurement: Using Cramp questionnaire chart, Hemodialysis comfort scale, Modified FACIT (Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy) scale.
