Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Iranian pregnant women Age 18 to 35 years Nullipar and primipar Married 20 weeks gestational age Having at least basic reading and writing skills Natural pregnancy single pregnancy No diseases No indication for cesarean section at the start of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: high risk pregnancy Failure to attend training sessions regularly and absence of more than two sessions

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Maternal health (Weight gain during pregnancy, sexual health, mental health). Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention), the last month of pregnancy and 6 weeks after delivery. Method of measurement: Scale, FSFI sexual function questionnaire, DASS stress, anxiety and depression questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Fear of childbirth. Timepoint: Beginning of the study (before intervention), last month of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Harman Childbirth Fear Questionnaire.;Attitudes toward fertility and childbearing. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before intervention), the last month of pregnancy and 6 weeks after delivery. Method of measurement: AFCS= Attitudes toward fertility and childbearing scale.
