Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Getting to know how to use smart phones Having a smart phone Willingness to participate in the project Not getting cancer Not having a history of psychiatric disorders including psychosis, bipolar disorder and depression and expressing it by the patient Not taking immunosuppressive drugs, corticosteroids Absence of inflammatory bowel diseases, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Very severe complications of surgery including severe bleeding, anastomotic leakage, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, which lead to hospitalization and cause problems in the treatment process. Pregnancy Canceling the plan
