Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who has non-cardiac surgery the risk of their surgery is moderate or high are in the age range of 45 to 90 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: surgery is canceled for any reason history of taking statins before ESRD
