Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having one to three children- Female employees at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (all employees of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences with diploma to doctorate degrees), Iranian nationality, Absence of physical, mental or cognitive illness, Failure to receive any related educational intervention at the same time, Willingness to participate in the study, Absence of known hereditary physical and mental illness in children

MeasureTime frame
Attitude toward fertility and childbearing. Timepoint: Measuring the attitude towards fertility and having children is done before the start of the intervention and immediately after the completion of the training. Method of measurement: Questionnaire of attitudes towards fertility and childbearing by Soderberg et al. (2013).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Parenting Styles. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and immediately after the completion of the training. Method of measurement: Baumrind Parenting Styles Questionnaire (1967).
