Inclusion criteria: Amateur male sprinters in the age group of 18-28 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of deformities and injuries in the lower limb Professional Runners

MeasureTime frame
The amount of velocity and coordination in the lower limb joints. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using kinematic data extracted from motion analysis cameras.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Kinematic variables (linear velocity, angular velocity, coordination, and variability of lower limb joints). Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Extraction of kinematic data from motion analysis cameras during crouch start.
