Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BCC diagnosis confirmed by biopsy and pathology report discrete lesion margin a distance of no less than 5 cm from any other malignancy patient consent to procedure surgery contraindication or patient not consenting to surgery tumor depth limited to dermis and no spread to hypodermis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients that have received other treatments morphea form lesions basal cell nevus syndrome patient allergy to 5 fluorouracil, sulphites, epinerphrine Auto-immune diseases or immunosuppression pregnant or breastfeeding women
