Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: being male Daily benzodiazepine use at bedtime for the past 3 months or more A diagnosis of chronic insomnia defined as insomnia for a period of 6 months or longer according to the Sleep Disorders Association of America Not having severe physical illness (such as cancer, AIDS, multiple sclerosis) Not being exposed to psychological training at the same time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The existence of an unpleasant incident in the last few months Use of a non-benzodiazepine hypnotic Alcohol abuse Absence of more than two sessions in treatment Use of opioids
