Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly women in range years of 65 to 80, with Parkinson's disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular disease

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The percentage of individuals whose Sirtuin 1 hormone levels have been modified. Timepoint: Measurements before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Sirtuin 1 was measured by ELISA method with a kit from Zellbio, Germany with a sensitivity of 0.05 ng/ml.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The percentage of individuals whose activities of daily living (ADL) index has been modified. Timepoint: Measurement of daily activity index before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: By conducting specific tests to identify the activities of daily living (ADL) performance index.
